Cancellation Policy
Your credit card will be held on file to secure your appointment but will not be charged until after your appointment unless you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, which will incur a late cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment fee. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Please note that we do not accept insurance for office visit fees, nor can we provide diagnosis and CPT codes for reimbursement.
